Dave and his wife Sandy have two kids. He became a teacher because he felt the Lord called him to it.  His favorite song is “Did You Feel the Mountains Tremble?” Dave’s un-favorite things are Facebook, texting, Starbucks, and high school dating. Activities he enjoys when not at JE or coaching his kids, basketball and golf. A time he got in trouble as a teen was when he crashed his car and then lied about it. One of his favorite childhood memories is playing sports, especially football in the snow. His favorite Bible verse is “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me-everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you” Philippians 4:8-9.
