Bachelor of Arts degree: English with a minor in Spanish, Bob Jones University

Tyneal joined our community this year bringing her love of Spanish to the classroom.  Tyneal and her husband, Bobby, welcomed little Ezra into their family this past year.  Her desire to instill a love of languages in her students and how they reflect God’s creativity is what led her to become a teacher. A prayer she has for our JE students is that they see each subject as an opportunity to know more about God.  When Tyneal is not at JE she is loving being a new mom, camping and canoeing with her youth group, reading, writing, and watching football (which she is an avid fan, even more than her hubby is). A little something not everyone knows about her is that she got 2 speeding tickets one summer as a teen! Her favorite Bible verse is “Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever” Psalm 73:25-26.
